Association Collection Policy Reminder
This is a reminder of your association collection policy. Payments for quarterly
assessments are due on the 1st of January, April, July and October.
There is a 10-day grace period, if payment is NOT received prior to the 10th, late fees are automatically charged to your account.
Please double check your accounts that your payments are processed during that quarter, as you as the unit owner are responsible to ensure that your payments are received on time.
The Board of Directors have a zero-tolerance policy for assessments not paid on time.
CONTRACTORS/VENDORS/CLEANERS:
Jasmine Bay does have certain rules and restrictions on ALL contractors, Vendors & Cleaners;
For any that have projects forthcoming that are using contractors, please notify the office.
Work hours 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. -
Monday thru Friday only.
No holidays or Weekends.
They MUST present:
A SCOPE OF WORK - particulars on project(s)
A COI- insurance certificate
Workers Comp or Exemption certificate.
And a License or Buisness Tax Receipt.
All this MUST be given to the office before work begins.
It is ALWAYS recommended to hire licensed and insured vendors, please keep in mind that when hiring a vendor, they work directly for you and not the Association. The Unit Owner bears all burdens of incident(s) and any action by your hired vendors/contractors.
We do have
contractor information & required packets (under contact info on the menu) that any vendor/contractor is REQUIRED to fill out
PRIOR to the start of a job & MUST schedule a meeting with the building Manager.

COVID PROCEDURE REMINDERS:
This is a reminder to ALL Residents to please adhere to the current COVID procedures. I understand several residents have been able to get the COVID vaccination but the rules still apply to ALL. The
Jasmine Bay COVID flyer is attached for quick reference. Residents are responsible to ensure that your guest/invitees are aware and adhere to set guidelines.
A few key points that I would like to emphasize:
JBN Updated Mask Policy 4-13-2022
Jasmine Bay North Residents,
With the recent CDC update on mask/COVID procedures, the JBN BOD have agreed to update the current mask/covid procedures to no longer require masks in any common area including elevators at Jasmine Bay North Tower. The CDC now states that people may choose to mask at any time. All current signage will be removed. If there is a change in the CDC recommendations and/or the BOD feels an update is necessary a notification will be sent.
For Jasmine Bay South Residents:
MASK: Are recommended on all levels and in all elevators for ALL Residents, invitees, and/or tenants. Still practice social distancing in ALL common areas including but not limited to hallways, elevators, mailroom, lobbies, etc.
FITNESS CENTER:
*4-person occupancy.
* Time limit is a MAX of 1 hour and 15 minutes.
